How do I book my first clean?
Tap 'Get a free quote' on any page. We reply within an hour with a fixed price and available slots.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — up to 24 hours before your visit, free of charge. After that we keep 50% to cover the cleaner's time.
Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
Always. Eco-certified products, microfibre cloths, vacuum, mop. You don't lift a finger.
Are you insured?
We carry £2m public liability insurance and every cleaner is DBS-checked. Documents available on request.
What if I'm not happy with my clean?
Let us know within 72 hours and we'll re-clean the specific area free of charge — no fuss.
Do you offer commercial cleaning?
Yes — see our office cleaning page or email us for tailored contracts.
How are payments handled?
Card on file (charged after the clean) or bank transfer for ongoing contracts. We never take cash.
Can I have the same cleaner each time?
Yes. Recurring customers are matched to a regular cleaner who learns your preferences.
